In response to the East-West labor cooperation strategy, the Winwin Tongren Employment Poverty Alleviation Fund was established, dedicated to employment placement, skills training, entrepreneurship support and service station construction in Yinjiang area; assisting uremia patients, registered poor families, left-behind children and other groups, helping improve local livelihood.
