Winwin Tongren Employment Poverty Alleviation Fund

In response to the East-West labor cooperation strategy, the Winwin Tongren Employment Poverty Alleviation Fund was established, dedicated to employment placement, skills training, entrepreneurship support and service station construction in Yinjiang area; assisting uremia patients, registered poor families, left-behind children and other groups, helping improve local livelihood.

2020

Hubei Pandemic Donation

During COVID-19, a public welfare committee was organized with 30+ key staff returning for fundraising. Combined with multiple parties, donations of nearly one million yuan in cash and goods were made to support Nanzhang, Hubei in fighting the pandemic.

2021

Henan Flood Relief Overnight Rescue

When Xinxiang, Henan was hit by severe rainstorms, disaster relief materials were purchased, transported and delivered within 7 hours, with food, bedding and rescue supplies reaching Weihui disaster area overnight, completing disaster relief support efficiently.

2022

Suzhou Pandemic Volunteer Service

Organized anti-pandemic vanguard teams with 200+ person-times participating in community epidemic prevention, nearly 2,000 hours of volunteer service, and over 100,000 yuan in donated anti-pandemic materials. Staff persisted at checkpoint duty for over six months.

2024

Employment Support for Xizang Heart Bridge

Jointly organized group-style employment support for Xizang with Suzhou and Linzhou HR and Social Security bureaus, providing pre-job training, job matching and living arrangements for 36 Xizang-origin college graduates. First batch retention rate reached 100% after 6 months with significant income improvement. Awarded Group-style Employment Support for Xizang Contribution Enterprise and covered by CCTV.com.
